Based on a 12-week Bible study, First Place 4 Health members will learn how to let go of their frantic need to control their circumstances, which often leads to stress-induced, out of control eating. They will also take positive steps toward letting God take over the management of their mind, emotions, body, and spirit.

This First Place 4 Health Bible study contains 12 weeks of daily study to help you put Christ in first place, as well as weekly Live It Trackers to document your progress. Also included are Scripture memory cards, an inspirational CD (more information below) and two complete weeks of menu plans with grocery lists, recipes and detailed nutrition information.

We meet at the Northport Campus on Sunday mornings from *10:45-12:15.
*Please note that our meetings occur during the 2nd worship service. We ask, if you attend our church regularly, that you attend the 1st worship service (9:00 am) before coming to class. This small group bible study is meant to supplement your Church attendance, not replace it.
