Island Christian Church is located on the southwest corner of Elwood Road and Clay Pitts Road
From the Long Island Expressway:
- Take exit 51 North (Deer Park Avenue)
- Travel North on Deer Park Avenue to Jericho Turnpike (Rte 25)
- Get immediately into the left turning lane and make your first left onto Elwood Road
- Drive approximately two miles to the church
- ICC Northport will be on your left
From the Northern State Parkway:

- Take exit 42N (Deer Park Avenue)
- Travel North on Deer Park Avenue to Jericho Turnpike (Rte 25)
- Get immediately into the left turning lane and make your first left onto Elwood Road
- Drive approximately two miles to the church
- ICC Northport will be on your left
