The Cross, The Church, The Capital

Scripture – Luke 13:1-5, Psalm 81:10-16 Application – How did the message clarify your understanding of the church and it’s involvement in the political realm? Playing offense–proclaiming Christ and sharing the gospel–what does that look like for you in your life? Stand firm, stand alone, stand long, stand free–which of these presents the greatest challenge at this point in your life? God appeals to us (in Psalm 81) that as His people if we will listen and obey He will subdue our enemies and meet our needs. What are some ways that you are rsponding to that challenge?
