Water Into Wine
Scripture: John 2:1-11 Sermon Application Questions... 1. Mary told the servants in John 11:5, "do whatever He tells you!" This is not only great advice but it's a life and death issue spiritually. We clearly see in culture and even from our lives the fallout from not obeying & listening to God. We know that God speaks to us through His word so scripture intake is vitally important. How do you take time to listen to God each day? How can you listen better this week? Is there something that God has been challenging you to do that you have been putting off? 2. In the sermon we talked about the 3 different responses people have toward Jesus... • They believe and follow (John 2:11) • Despite the evidence they don't believe (John 12:37) • Privately they say they believe but would never acknowledge it because they are worried about what people will think (John 12:42-43) Where are you? What needs to change if anything?
