When Jesus is Absent
Scripture–John 6:16-21 Discussion Questions-- 1. When it was getting dark, the disciples left for Capernaum without Jesus. Describe a time when you felt like Jesus was absent. 2. Jesus comes to his disciples after hours of futile struggle against the wind and waves. Humbled and terrified, they let Jesus into their boat when He reveals himself as their Creator and Helper. How has or is God revealing Himself to you in the midst of your storm? Is there anything keeping you from inviting Him into your boat?
