Our Mini-DOZ camp welcomed over 100 girls, K-12th grade, from over a dozen churches. Campers learned different ways to worship using tambourines, streamers, and flags.
The Daughters of Zion worship team led the campers, teaching them different songs and dances to use for worship. Along with learning new songs and dances, there were other activities the girls participated in, including fun warm-up songs.
Each camp day ended with snack and Bible study before a quick review session where campers reflected on the dances and songs that they learned that day. On the last day of camp, parents were invited to attend a Praise and Worship time, where the campers led worship through the dances and songs they learned throughout the week.
The Mini-DOZ camp was an overall success. All of the campers enjoyed their time connecting with fellow Christians, creating long-lasting friendships, and further developing their relationship with Jesus.
