Why Become a Member?
At Island Christian Church, we believe in the power of community in living out our faith. Membership represents the official commitment to go from observing to actively participating in God's work within our community. Through our membership process, you'll receive training on sharing your testimony, learn the importance of contributing to church governance, and become eligible to lead ministries.
How Do I Become a Member?
Three times a year, the church will offer a membership class. Attending the class does not obligate one to choose membership, but it is a time to learn about church doctrine, history, and vision. Because pastors and church staff attend these classes, relationships are fostered as we get to know one another. After attending the class and being baptized (if necessary), members are welcomed in at one of our services
