Please remember to keep and present your security tag at pickup. This requirement is mandatory and not optional. The safety of our children is our top priority, and security tags are an essential part of our pickup process. Thank you for helping us keep all children safe.

Island Kids 2s & 3s and 4s & 5s:

This Sunday, we’ll explore Acts 9:36–39 and 1 Timothy 4:12 and learn that we can live for God—no matter our age! Kids will hear about Tabitha, who loved Jesus and showed it by doing good and making clothes for those in need. They’ll also learn about Timothy, a young man who loved Jesus and didn’t let his age stop him from living for God. Timothy taught others about God and showed them how to love like Jesus. Both Tabitha and Timothy lived for God, and we can live for God too!

Island Kids 1st – 5th Grade:

We wrap up the month in Luke 5:27–32 with Jesus calling Levi, also known as Matthew, to follow Him. Levi was a tax collector, someone no one liked, and he faced a big choice: stay comfortable or step out in faith and follow Jesus. Matthew chose to follow Jesus, welcoming Him into his home and inviting other outcasts to experience new life too. From that moment on, Matthew spent his life following Jesus and sharing His story. Bottom Line: Practice living for God.

In harmony with the home, Island Christian Preschool provides a quality educational program in an environment that nurtures Christ-like character. Children are invited to explore the world around them in a safe and comfortable atmosphere.

Our preschool offers small classes in a sunny, beautiful environment. We have a full academic curriculum coupled with art, music, and gym. Our storytime, dramatic play, crafts, and hands-on activities allow the children to discover God’s love through His Word, the Bible. We make learning a joyful experience!

A Child Dedication at Island Christian is a commitment parents make to God before the congregation to live out their faith in Jesus before their children, teach their children the Word of God, and seek to lead them to a personal relationship with God through Jesus. BIBLE READING 2026

Reading the Bible together continues to shape and ground our church. We’ve seen people grow deeper in God’s Word and have been reminded week after week that God speaks through Scripture.

HERE are several recommended Bible reading plans to help you maintain a daily rhythm of time with God. These plans are not the only options available, but each is a trusted guide for daily devotion and spiritual growth.

As you choose a plan, we encourage you not to read alone. While we are not following a single churchwide plan, we invite everyone to choose a plan that fits their season of life and read it in community. Connect with your Life Group, Men’s or Women’s Group, Bible class, or a few friends, and commit to encouraging one another along the way.

Our encouragement is simple: choose a plan, read it in community, and remain faithful.
