FIRE-SAFETY SUNDAY
November 30 | 8:30, 10:00 + 11:30 AM

We’re excited to share that Joe Salmonese, one of our Sunday School leaders, will be joining us with the Greenlawn Fire Department this Sunday, 11/30, for a special fire-safety lesson! Kids in 4s & 5s through 5th grade will learn important fire-prevention tips, see real firefighter equipment, meet the firefighters, and even explore a fire truck parked outside the Elwood Lobby.

Please send your child with their jacket, as classes will be heading outside to see the truck. It’s going to be a fun and educational morning for all our Island Kids!
 

This Sunday’s Lessons:

Island Kids 2s & 3s and 4s & 5s:
2 Samuel 6:12-15; Psalm 144:9-10 Bottom Line: I can thank God for everything.

Island Kids 1st – 5th Grade:
Nehemiah 1–4, 6:1-15 Bottom Line: God can help you do big things.

Volunteers needed

God is doing amazing things each week at Island Kids, and we’d love for you to be part of it! We’re looking for caring leaders and teen helpers (12+). Whether you like teaching, leading, or just being a friendly face, there’s a place for you. By volunteering, you help kids grow in their faith and allow families to worship together.
