Wear Your Favorite PJs to Sunday School on 12/7!

This Sunday, all children are invited to wear their favorite PJs to Sunday School as we kick off the month of December and celebrate the birth of Jesus! We’ve planned lots of fun activities—and for our 1st–5th graders, they will gather together in Fellowship Hall for a special showing of “The Three Wise Men.” It’s going to be a warm, wonderful, super-fun Sunday they won’t want to miss!

Island Kids 2s & 3s and 4s & 5s:

Lesson: Luke 1:26-33,38 – An angel tells Mary about Jesus.
Bottom Line: God gave us Jesus.
Memory Verse: “God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son.” John 3:16 GNT

Thank you for your faithful generosity towards the mission at Island Christian Church. This year, we will not be launching any new projects through Encounter. We are currently under construction for our westside entrances so last year's goal is in progress but not yet complete. If you feel led to give a special year-end gift this year, the giving line will still be open. Donations will go to the general fund and give us a head start for 2027's projects. We greatly appreciate your support!

Plan to join us for Christmas Cookie Sunday! Sign up below to make (or buy) your favorite cookies and join in the fun! Please provide at least a dozen. Include a label with the name of the cookie and note if it has nuts or is gluten-free.

Registration for Island Christmas, our annual Community Tree Lighting Event! We hope to see you there! Some of the FUN, FREE activities are:

• Face Painting
• Ice Skating
• Inflatables

If you are volunteering at the event, there is no need for you to register - you already have!!  If you have family members who are not volunteering but would like to attend, let's get them signed up below!

Every year, we collect gifts for the kids at CHI. Take a look at the Amazon wish list below to see what gifts the kids have asked for this year. You can also visit the tree in the lobby to pick out a gift card to purchase for the older kids. Help us make Christmas special for these kids who are so deserving of it!

You are warmly invited to attend our special Christmas services as we come together to celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus. Each service will feature heartfelt Christmas music, special elements designed to include the kids, our traditional candle lighting, and an inspiring message. It's a wonderful opportunity to pause during the busy season and focus on the true meaning of Christmas. These meaningful services are designed for the whole family and community, so bring your friends. We offer three convenient service times to fit your holiday schedule:

Christmas Eve Eve Service:
December 23rd @ 7:00 PM

Christmas Eve Services:
December 24th @ 2:00 PM* & 4:00 PM

*Nursery available on 12/24 at 2:00 PM service only - up to 4 years old
