Please remember to keep and present your security tag at pick-up. This requirement is mandatory and not optional. The safety of our children is our top priority, and security tags are an essential part of our pickup process. Thank you for helping us keep all children safe.
Island Kids 2s & 3s and 4s & 5s:
This Sunday we’re in Acts 16:16-40. The Bible teaches us that we can pray to God anytime, anywhere, about anything. Paul and Silas were in jail, yet they sang and prayed to God, and their prayers ended up changing the life of the jailer and his whole family. Just like Paul and Silas, our kids will learn that we can pray to God too!
Island Kids 1st – 5th Grade:
This Sunday, as we celebrate the Sanctity of Life, kids will learn that every life is special and important to God. We’ll also continue in The Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 7:24-27; Supporting: John 10:27-28), exploring the story of the Wise and Foolish Builders. Kids will see that hearing God’s Word means putting it into action—like building a house on rock instead of sand. Our kids can be confident that God does speak to them because, as we read in John 10:27-28, Jesus is the good shepherd and we are His sheep. And a sheep knows the shepherd’s voice. Bottom line: Practice hearing from God.

In harmony with the home, Island Christian Preschool provides a quality educational program in an environment that nurtures Christ-like character. Children are invited to explore the world around them in a safe and comfortable atmosphere.

A Child Dedication at Island Christian is a commitment parents make to God before the congregation to live out their faith in Jesus before their children, teach their children the Word of God, and seek to lead them to a personal relationship with God through Jesus. Parents who would like to dedicate their child can sign up below.

Reading the Bible together continues to shape and ground our church. We’ve seen people grow deeper in God’s Word and have been reminded week after week that God speaks through Scripture.
HERE are several recommended Bible reading plans to help you maintain a daily rhythm of time with God. These plans are not the only options available, but each is a trusted guide for daily devotion and spiritual growth.
As you choose a plan, we encourage you not to read alone. While we are not following a single churchwide plan, we invite everyone to choose a plan that fits their season of life and read it in community. Connect with your Life Group, Men’s or Women’s Group, Bible class, or a few friends, and commit to encouraging one another along the way.
Our encouragement is simple: choose a plan, read it in community, and remain faithful.

As a single young woman, an unplanned pregnancy can be scary. Maybe you feel lost, confused, and alone. Embrace Grace supports single, expecting moms, while Embrace Life provides guidance for single moms with infants and toddlers.
