Island Kids 2s & 3s and 4s & 5s:

This month, we’re exploring stories Jesus told to learn how we can help God’s kingdom grow. We’re encouraging the kids to do what Jesus says: to use what God gives us to grow, to help others, to forgive, and to never give up on prayer. This Sunday, we’ll hear The Story of the Farmer in Matthew 13:1-23. The kids will learn that God’s kingdom grows when you hear and do what He says.

Our July memory verse is: "Put God’s kingdom first.” Matthew 6:33 (NIrV)

Island Kids 1st – 5th Grade:

This month, we’re exploring how Jesus teaches us to live in and help grow God’s kingdom. This Sunday we’ll dive into The Story of the Farmer in Matthew 13:1-23, and learn how God’s kingdom grows when we listen to God and do what He says. Kids will discover that they can be “good soil” for God’s Word by staying connected to God instead of becoming distracted or giving up when life gets hard. 

Our July memory verse is: “God’s kingdom is not about eating or drinking. It is about doing what is right and having peace and joy. All this comes through the Holy Spirit.” Romans 14:17 (NIrV)

We’ll have a great time with all of the things that make VBS so much fun: joyful worship, exciting skits, creative crafts, high-energy games, life-changing Bible-time stories, yummy snacks, and of course, our VBS Summer fair on Friday night! VBS sign-up closes on 7/6.

Join us for a transformational experience where faith and basketball come together! Our goal is to create a God-honoring environment where young athletes develop skills, character, and friendships while learning to live out their faith in Jesus.

Adventure Awaits at Island Christian Camp! Join us for an exciting time filled with worship songs, skits, crafts, prizes, special guests, fun games, and gym time! Each day ends with water fun and ice pops -the perfect way to cool off. Who can join? 3, 4, and 5-year-olds. Where? Island Christian Preschool. Come for just one week or all 4 ... up to you!

Camps run Monday - Thursday, from 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM.

Our annual Beach Baptism will be held at Sunken Meadow State Park, Field 3, on Sunday, July 26, at 6:30 PM.

Baptism is a joyous, public proclamation of our faith in Christ, done in obedience to His command in Matthew 28:19. It is an outward expression of what has taken place in our hearts when we repented of our sin and trusted Christ for our salvation. Baptism symbolizes the death of our old life and the beginning of our new, resurrected life in Christ. In the New Testament, those who came to faith in Christ were baptized without delay.
