Island Kids 2s & 3s and 4s & 5s:

God made me. God loves me. And God has plans for me. This month, we want our kids to begin building on that foundation. We want them to trust that God’s plans are always the best. This Sunday, we’ll explore the story of baby Moses in Exodus 2:1–10. Your child will learn that God had a special plan for Moses—and that He has a special plan for them, too! Our September memory verse is: “‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ says the Lord.” Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT)

Island Kids 1st – 5th Grade:

This Sunday, we're teaching the kids that God can give you courage when others are afraid as we dive into Numbers 13–14:35 – Joshua and the spies. After exploring the land God promised, ten spies were afraid of the people living there, but Joshua and Caleb trusted that God would help them. When the people gave in to fear, God said they would wander in the wilderness for 40 years—only Joshua and Caleb would enter the Promised Land. Our September memory verse is: “When I’m afraid, I put my trust in you.” Psalm 56:3 (NIrV).

We have made some exciting changes to our Sunday Worship services! Our NEW SERVICE TIMES are 8:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:30 AM! That's THREE services... in-person and livestream!

Island Christian, in partnership with Messiah's Outreach, has developed a sponsorship program in Central America. Students as young as five through college age are struggling to access adequate education. While education opens doors to a brighter future, many face daily obstacles just to attend school. By sponsoring a student, we not only support their education and basic needs but also help them grow in faith and purpose.
Through your monthly support, we’ll help cover transportation, school expenses, basic necessities, and provide the opportunity to attend a youth retreat where they can deepen their faith. Join us in bringing hope to the next generation by planting seeds of faith through this new missions outreach! You can sign up to sponsor a student on Sunday. Join us as we continue our journey through the Bible in a Year at Women’s Bible Class! This semester, we’re excited to welcome Pastor Chris Coats (Senior Pastor) and Pastor Colby Rohde (Discipleship Pastor) during our teaching time. Each week, they’ll help us go deeper into the previous Sunday’s message—unpacking key themes, exploring applications, and highlighting meaningful passages. Their insights will bring fresh perspective and practical guidance as we seek to live out God’s Word. We look forward to growing together in faith and fellowship! Nursery childcare is available for infants through 4 years old.

A GriefShare group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. At this 13-week support group program, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead, learn what’s “normal” in grief, and gain solid support each step of the way.

At each weekly meeting, you will view a video featuring respected counselors, pastors, and healthcare professionals on grief-related topics, plus you’ll hear relatable personal stories of grief. After that is a small-group discussion to allow people time to talk, share support, and personally apply what they learned on the video. Everyone will receive a book to take home filled with valuable exercises for navigating their personal grieving process. Griefshare meets Thursdays at 6:30 PM.

Ao1 Prep is a one-year training program for girls interested in joining the Audience of One Dance Team. This program is for girls in 6th grade and up. This is a year-long commitment, meeting most Fridays at 4:15 PM.

Parents will be invited to practice for a quick informational meeting.
